Simultaneous to manufacturing, Bharat Industries has distributorship of Virgin PP/HDPE/LLDPE/LDP granules for Indian Oil Corporation Of India(IOCL),Uttar Pradesh, hence “punane: providing hundred tons of material per month to companies like Coca Cola, Pepsi,Minda etc. which generate tons of scrap. We inturn buy the scrap and get it recycled in our manufacturing unit to produce first recycled MBBR media, hence producing a high quality MBBR media with accurate density i.e 0.95-0.97gsm/cc and longer media life i.e 6-7 yrs thus making it best in the market.
Our in- house production unit is located in the heart of NCR catering happily to national and international market.
Bharat Industries has a production capacity of 15 M3/day with storage capacity of 450M3 at a time and a ready stock of 100 M3 for MBBR Media. Simultaneously for Tube settler, the unit has a production capacity of 25 M3/day ,storage capacity of 500 M3 and a ready stock of 100M3.
We manufacture, export and supply highly efficient Plastic MBBR Media that is designed using advanced technology for the treatment of municipal and industrial waste water. The Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR)/ Fluidized Aerated Bed Reactor (FAB) media, we offer, is a hybrid reactor where attached growth and suspended growth activity takes place simultaneously and has the good effect on denitrification and dephosphorization.

On the other hand media made with third/fourth reprocessed floats in the water for initial bit,
but once the bacteria starts growing over it, it cannot sustain the weight and starts sinking.
